While working on this user persona I drew on some of my playwriting experience from when I was in college. Creating a persona was a lot like fleshing out a character for a story or a play. Much of what makes a character in a play great is fleshing out their wants and needs. Likewise, what makes a persona a useful tool in UX is you get to take a deep dive into what a user's goals and motivations are.
A challenge I faced was that I was basing my persona on the real users I was working with daily. I didn't want to nitpick a single user, but rather combine a few goals from each user. I accomplished this by identifying a specific goal each client had for that day.
